How does it work?

1 - We select luxury vacation properties that are located in the most beautiful places in Latinoamérica, that generate good capital gains and are highly profitable. Which makes them an excellent investment.

2 - These properties are listed for you, divided into fractions that you can acquire in a co-ownership scheme. Each fraction is represented by a STO (Security Token Offering) Blockchain Token, backed by the National Securities Market Commission of Spain, which will provide legal certainty to buyers to protect the investment and give security to the purchase through of an Investment Services Company, covered by Art. 35.2 of the Spanish Securities Market Law.  All fractions can be inherited or sold with capital gains.  The price of the fractions is detailed in each of the properties.

3 - Once the property is acquired, the interior design and furniture are professionally prepared, and it is used exclusively for Short-Term-Rentals (STR), which will maximize income. This process takes 60 days and once completed, the property becomes available for rent.

Smartluxury Living will take care of renting and managing the entire property so that you forget about looking for tenants and managing repairs or payments. We take charge of boosting the occupancy per night and managing the administrative, service, property, maintenance, insurance, furniture renovation fund and preventive/corrective expenses payments. Each co-owner will receive their corresponding part on a quarterly basis.
